Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every WELLURIA piece. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a full refund.

How to return

  1. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back. Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.

Conditions

  • Items should be returned unused, clean and in their original packaging, with all accessories.
  • For hygiene reasons, beauty devices (LED mask, microcurrent device, gua sha) can be returned if unused. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations are not affected by this policy, and we do not charge a cancellation fee.
