1. Online store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products & pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately; slight variations may occur. Prices are shown in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders, for example in the case of pricing errors, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.

3. Orders & payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email is sent. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Beauty devices

Our beauty devices are cosmetic products and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Read the user guide before use. Do not use during pregnancy, with a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or on broken or irritated skin, and consult a doctor if you have any medical concerns.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and design, belongs to WELLURIA and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WELLURIA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
